Ingredients:

  • 1 medium cauliflower
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • one teaspoon chili sauce
  • 1 teaspoon corn starch
  • curry leaves
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, made into a paste
  • three environmentally friendly chilies
  • oil
  • two onions, chopped
  • one/2 cup plain flour
  • one tablespoon soy sauce
  • one teaspoon sugar
  • one tablespoon tomato sauce
  • one vegetable bouillon cube

Directions:

  1. Make a batter with pepper powder, crushed egg (or cornstarch), flour, vegetable inventory (or water) and salt.
  2. Dip cauliflower pieces in the batter and fry in oil till light-weight brown.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and insert chopped onions, ginger-garlic paste, inexperienced chillies, and curry leaves, and saute well.
  4. Insert vegetable inventory, soy sauce, chili sauce, and tomato sauce and stir effectively.
  5. Combine corn starch with water and incorporate to pan. Incorporate fried cauliflower parts and salt and cook dinner until dry. Stir in sugar.
