  • 15 oz can black beans, rinsed and rained
  • 2 tablespoons canola oil
  • 1/four cup unsweetened applesauce

  • three/four cup sugar
  • 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
  • 1 1/two tablespoons quick espresso powder
  • three ounces semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • one teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/two teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup all-function flour
  • 1/two cup walnuts, chopped

Guidelines:
