Cheesy Burger with Chipotle Aiolo Sauce

Substances:

  • 2 teaspoons Chopped Chipotle Chiles In Adobo
  • 3 Tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 1 clove garlic, pressed or grated
  • ¼ teaspoons Garlic Powder
  • 3 Tablespoons Greek Yogurt,
  • 1 cup Green Bell Pepper, Sliced Into Strips
  • ½ teaspoons Ground Cumin
  • ¼ teaspoons Ground black Pepper
  • 1 1/2 kilos lean ground pork
  • 4 teaspoons Lime Juice, Fresh
  • ½ cups Onion, Sliced Into Strips
  • 2 entire Wedges Of  Swiss Cheese, Sliced
  • 4 slices Turkey
  • 4 entire Wheat Hamburger Buns

Instructions:

  1. In a pan cook turkey bacon based on directions on package.
  2. As soon as bacon is completed cooked, take the bacon out and Pull apart. Add bell pepper and onion into pan, cook until soft about 10 minutes.
  3. Add ground pork to a bowl, add garlic powder and ground pepper, mix properly.
  4. Divide the uncooked meat into 8 equal pieces. Flatten out the hamburger, and put 1/2 a cheese wedge onto every piece of hamburger. Take the alternative pieces of the hamburger with no cheese, and squish them togther and seal the perimeters so the cheese doesn’t ooz out. Place on grill and cook until done. About 5 minutes per side.
  5. Space burger on buns, top the burgers with bacon, peppers & onions and sauce.

Makes 3/4 cups or 12 Tablespoons
