Substances:
- 1/2 cup minced inexperienced onions
- 1/2 lemon
- 2 Tbs. olive oil
- 3/4 cup uncooked quinoa
- salt and pepper
- 2 medium size tomatoes
- 1-1/2 cups water
Route: salad
In a large bowl mix all ingredients together. Toss to incorporate all the ingredients.
