Substances:
- 1 croissant
- 1/four cup canned corned beef hash
- 1 egg
- one/two teaspoon butter
- Kosher salt and freshly floor black pepper
Guidance:
- Split the croissants in halves and toast. Warm a non stick pan above medium high heat, place in the corned beef hash. Cook it until it is brown and crisp on side (three to five minutes), then flip over cook the other side until it is crisp and brown, an additional three to five minutes. Note: in order to make it easier to flip, flatten the croissant a bit so it makes a tiny patty, it is a lot much easier to flip. Put the corned beef hash patty on the base half of the toasted croissant.
- In the same pan, melt the butter and add the egg, fry according to flavor. Sprinkle the egg with a small salt and pepper and location on top rated of the corned beef hash patty. On one side of the croissant, squeeze or place a layer of cheese around it. serve promptly.
