Cranberry Pumpkin Bread

Components:

  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • one cup chopped cranberries
  • two eggs, whisked
  • 21/4 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 Tbsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup Libby’s stable pack pumpkin
  • two cups sugar

Guidance:

  1. Incorporate eggs, sugar, oil and pumpkin blend perfectly. Mix flour, pie spice and salt in huge bowl. Make a hollow depression in the middle of the mixture and Pour pumpkin combination into well. Stir just right up until dry components are moistened. Stir in cranberries.
  2. Spoon batter into two greased and floured aluminum loaf pans (8 x 3 three/four x two one/2 inches). Bake in 350 degrees  oven for 1 hour or until finally toothpick comes out clear.
  3. let cool and top with whipped cream, buttercream or icing.
