Substances:

  • one/two gram kg or 500 pork belly cut into cubes
  • one/two gram kg or 500 pork butt shoulder reduce into chunky cubes
  • one complete head garlic crushed
  • 1/two cup vinegar
  • 4 tablespoons brown sugar
  • four tablespoons soy sauce
  • two parts bay leaf
  • 1 tablespoon rice wine
  • two items star anise
  • one/two teaspoon oregano
  • three tablespoons tausi or fermented black beans
  • 1 cup entire peanuts
  • one/two cup olive oil
  • one/two teaspoon paprika
  • 2 cups drinking water
  • some Fried Bananas

Guidance:

  1. In a bowl, incorporate these components:meat,garlic,vinegar,brown sugar,soy sauce and rice wine.Marinate for about 30 minutes.Set apart in the fridge.
  2. Soon after 30 minutes, transfer to a sauce pan and min in: water,black beans and peanuts.
  3. Bring to a boil When it boils, turn the heat to a simmer and add the rest of the ingredients: bay leaf,star anise,oregano,paprika and olive oil.
  4. Cover and simmer for 1 hour or until the sauce thickens.
  5. You can include fried bananas 5 minutes right before turning off the heat or provide it individually.
