Bacon And Bleu Table-For-Two Salad

Ingredients:

  • two handfuls of spinach leaves
  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • two ounces bleu cheese, crumbled
  • 2 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • three tablespoons additional virgin olive oil
  • one/two Granny Smith apple, cubed
  • freshly floor pepper to style
  • four slices purple onion, halved

Instructions:

  1. Plate two generous servings of spinach.
  2. Combine with onion, apple, bacon and bleu cheese.
  3. Drizzle olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
  4. Sprinkle with pepper.
