Components:
- 1 ahi tuna steak (approx. fewer than a one lb.)
- five leaves of refreshing mint
- 1/2 tablespoon rice vinegar ( you can also use Yuzu Rice Vinegar by O 1/2 of a Serrano pepper, really thinly sliced1 Juice of lime5 little leaves of contemporary mintsprinkle of black sesame seeds (optional)
- one Juice of lime
- one/two of a Serrano pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 tsp. sesame oil
- 1In medium bowl mix soy sauce, toasted sesame oil, rice vinegar, Serrano pepper, lime juice, mint, and sesame seeds. Then increase diced tuna and toss to coat.
- five tbsp. soy sauce
- 3 Serve right away by mounding atop crackers, chips, micro-greens, or even roasted sweet potato slices.
Guidelines:
- In medium bowl blend soy sauce, toasted sesame oil, rice vinegar, Serrano pepper, lime juice, mint, and sesame seeds. Then add diced tuna and toss to coat.
- The tuna is completely ready tossed and coated but you can marinate it for a few minutes if ideal. The tuna will start to convert white nearly right away, indication that it is cooking from the acidity of the lime juice. It is not essential to cook the tuna. You can begin to enjoy right away, it will be melt-in-your-mouth tender and moist.
- Serve by mounding atop crackers, chips, micro-greens, or even roasted sweet potato slices.
