A More healthy Cookie with Mini M&Ms

Substances:

  • 1 1/two cups ground wheat flour
  • one Tbsp baking powder
  • one large egg
  • one/2 cup packed light brown sugar
  • mini m&ms
  • a pinch of salt
  • one/2 cup oats
  • one/two stick of unsalted butter, room temp
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • one tsp vanilla

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, utilizing a hand mixer, mix butter and brown sugar till nicely combined.
  2. Place in the egg and vanilla and blend.
  3. Mix in the applesauce and mix.
  4. In a small bowl mix the flour, oats, baking powder and salt.
  5. Slowly merge the dry blend into the moist until well blended, try not to overmix!
  6. Utilizing a spoon, fold in the m&ms or dried fruit.
  7. Utilizing a modest cookie scoop place the cookies on to a lined baking sheet. Bake for approx 12-14 minutes at 375 degrees, till golden. These cookies wont change shape too much due to the limited amount of fat. So scoop out and push down  if you want them to flatten a bit.
