Substances:
- 1/four cup bell pepper, diced
- one/4 cup carrot, slivered
- 1/4 cup extra fat-no cost mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon ginger root, freshly grated
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1/two tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
- eight ounces cooked boneless, skinless chicken breast, thinly sliced or shredded (about 3 cups)
- one/2 cup snow peas, cut in fifty percent lengthwise on a diagonal
- 2 cups torn spinach leaves or other greens of your deciding upon
Guidelines:
- Whisk mayonnaise, soy sauce and ginger alongside one another in a big bowl until eventually blended.
