Components:

  • one cups flour
  • 1/four teaspoon baking powder
  • two Tbsp. egg, beaten
  • one/two cup Whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup margarine or butter
  • one/3 cup fat milk
  • three cups sliced strawberries
  • 3/four cup organic sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract

Guidelines:

  1. Stir together berries and 1 Tbsp. sugar, place to the aside.
  2. For the shortbread: Stir together two Tbsp. sugar, flour and baking powder. Slice in margarine until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  3. Combine egg and milk, then, combine with dry elements. Stir till just moisten.
  4. Unfold into a 4 greased – 6oz oven dishes.
  5. Bake for 10 – 13 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  6. Set pan to the side for 10 minutes. Clear away from pan, cut in half.

Instructions:

  1. In a smaller bowl, mix product, sugar and vanilla extract, mix till a very creamy about 5 minutes.
  2. Spoon the fruit and whipped product amongst layers and over top. serve instantly.
  3. Note: If you double the recipe, you can use an 8″ spherical cake pan and cook dinner for 20 – 30 minutes. It is so rather when you have a complete dimension cake
