Components:
- one cups flour
- 1/four teaspoon baking powder
- two Tbsp. egg, beaten
- one/two cup Whipping cream
- 1/4 cup margarine or butter
- one/3 cup fat milk
- three cups sliced strawberries
- 3/four cup organic sugar
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
Guidelines:
- Stir together berries and 1 Tbsp. sugar, place to the aside.
- For the shortbread: Stir together two Tbsp. sugar, flour and baking powder. Slice in margarine until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Combine egg and milk, then, combine with dry elements. Stir till just moisten.
- Unfold into a 4 greased – 6oz oven dishes.
- Bake for 10 – 13 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Set pan to the side for 10 minutes. Clear away from pan, cut in half.
Instructions:
- In a smaller bowl, mix product, sugar and vanilla extract, mix till a very creamy about 5 minutes.
- Spoon the fruit and whipped product amongst layers and over top. serve instantly.
- Note: If you double the recipe, you can use an 8″ spherical cake pan and cook dinner for 20 – 30 minutes. It is so rather when you have a complete dimension cake
