Chicken Chili With Shaded Eyed Peas

Substances:

  • 2 cups murky eyed peas – soaked for 2-3 hours and boiled till at ease and gentle.
  • 400g minced rooster
  • 5 shallots – chopped/sliced thinly
  • 1 tbsp ginger paste
  • 1 tsp garlic paste
  • 1 tsp chili flakes (or as as per kind)
  • 1/2 tsp all spice powder
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg powder
  • 3-4 sprigs rosemary – take leaves from stems
  • 1/2 cup cream/milk
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • Salt for kind

Directions:

  1. Heat oil and saute shallots with ginger and garlic paste.
  2. Add rooster and damage it up into bits and pieces.
  3. Build in chili flakes, all spice and nutmeg powder, rosemary leaves and salt.
  4. Stir all collectively; pour water and simmer.
  5. Once heated by, add beans and cream.
  6. Stir and after about 2-3 minutes, take from warmth.
