Crunchy Panko Breaded Exiguous With Bitter Cream and Chili Garlic Sauce

Ingredients:

  • chili garlic sauce to style (hot!)
  • 1 sizable egg white
  • 1/8 cup flour
  • 1/4 medium lime, juiced
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 10 oz White shrimp deveined
  • 8 tablespoons gentle sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon water

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400.
  2. Peel shrimp leaving tails on, and dry on paper towel.
  3. Whip egg white with water, and jam flour, egg white and bread crumbs in separate bowls.
  4. Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray.
  5. Dip in flour, then egg white, and then bread crumbs and set on cookie sheet.
  6. Spray the tops of the shrmp with cooking spray and bake for 5 – 7 minutes till they make curls. Take them out emmediately otherwise they will continue to shrink.
  7. Prepare sauce by combining lime juice, sour cream and chili garlic sauce.
  8. add sauce and serve.
