Ingredients:
- chili garlic sauce to style (hot!)
- 1 sizable egg white
- 1/8 cup flour
- 1/4 medium lime, juiced
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 10 oz White shrimp deveined
- 8 tablespoons gentle sour cream
- 1 tablespoon water
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400.
- Peel shrimp leaving tails on, and dry on paper towel.
- Whip egg white with water, and jam flour, egg white and bread crumbs in separate bowls.
- Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray.
- Dip in flour, then egg white, and then bread crumbs and set on cookie sheet.
- Spray the tops of the shrmp with cooking spray and bake for 5 – 7 minutes till they make curls. Take them out emmediately otherwise they will continue to shrink.
- Prepare sauce by combining lime juice, sour cream and chili garlic sauce.
- add sauce and serve.
