Ingredients:

  • 1 can (20 oz.) beaten pineapple, in juice
  • 1 equipment (3 oz.) raspberry flavor gelatin
  • 1 equipment (3 oz.) strawberry flavor gelatin
  • 1 can (16 oz.) entire berry cranberry sauce
  • 2/3 cup walnuts, ground
  • 1 apple, chopped

Instructions:

  1. Drain pineapple, reserving juice.
  2. Keep the gelatin (correct the powder) in a monumental bowl.
  3. Add ample water to juice to measure 2 ½ cups; pour into saucepan and bring to a boil.
  4. Pour the water into the gelatin mix and chase for 2 minutes till utterly dissolved.
  5. Shuffle in the pineapple, cranberry sauce, nuts, and apples.
  6. Spoon into 24 paper-lined muffin cups.
  7. Refrigerate for 2 ½ hours or till firm.
  8. Take away truffles from liners ahead of serving.
