Ingredients:

  • one avocado, thinly sliced
  • one tsp Chili Powder
  • ¾ cup cilantro, chopped
  • two tsp Cumin
  • two lb floor beef
  • 4 Hamburger Buns, Toasted
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • one tsp Pepper
  • 4 Slices Pepper jack Cheese
  • eight slender slices purple onion
  • 8 tablespoons salsa
  • 1 tsp Salt

Guidance:

  1. Preheat broiler. heat massive frying pan to medium heat. Make patties: Take the ground beef, include salsa and spices. Mix collectively until evenly distributed. Put patties on frying pan and cook for 3 minutes and 30 seconds.
  2. Flip above and position one slice of cheese on each patty. Get out all toppings and toast buns. As soon as done, put burger to rest for five minutes on a plate.
  3. Assemble burger: Place patty on bun. Best with 1 TBSP Salsa, then two slices of purple onion. Put ¼ of the cilantro on purple onion and then put avocado on leading bun. Incorporate bun to burger and serve with some fresh corn and potato wedges.
