Ingredients:
- 4 cups pink lentils (soaked and drained)
- two cups mejdool dates (pitted)
- two tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
- three large eggs
- one tbsp. vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp. flax oil
- 1 tsp rice vinegar
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- ½ cup mini chocolate chips
Recommendations:
- Preheat oven at 375 degree Fahrenheit and prepare 9 inch sq. baking pan by greasing it.
- In a foodstuff processor combine all the substances (except pecans and chocolate chips) and course of action right up until easy.
- In a mixing bowl pour the batter and with a spoon combine pecan and chocolate chips.
- Spoon the lentil brownie batter into the baking pan spread evenly.
- Set the pan on the center rack of the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Just take out the baking pan out of the oven and enable it interesting before cutting into wished-for dimensions.
