Asian Salmon Burgers With Tangy Ginger Lime Sauce

Components:

  • 4 burger buns
  • 1 tablespoon Basil, Chopped
  • one clove Garlic
  • one Eco-friendly Onion, Chopped
  • 1/4 Lime, Juiced
  • one/four cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Oyster Sauce
  • one/two teaspoon Powdered Ginger
  • 1 pound Salmon
  • 5 1/2 tablespoons Sesame Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Sour cream
  • one tablespoon Soy Sauce

Recommendations:

  1. Cut the salmon into medium sized pieces and run it through a food processor until there are no big chunks.
  2. Mix into the salmon the soy sauce, garlic, ginger, oyster sauce, green onion, and basil.
  3. Merge elements very well and shape into good sized patties from mixture.
  4. Heatup the sesame oil in a massive frying pan on medium heat and place the patties in. Cook for about 10 minutes flipping at the time 50 % way.
  5. To make the sauce, pour all the other previously mentioned components and stir together.
  6. Pour a spoonful of sauce on the completed salmon burger and serve inside a toasted bun.
