Avocado Chicken Salad

Elements:

  • 2 Avocados
  • 10g Cherry tomatoes, cut into halves or quarters
  • 50ml Further virgin olive oil
  • 2-3 Limes or add to style
  • Mayonnaise
  • a speed of sunless pepper
  • 1/2 lettuce
  • 150-200g boneless skinless cooked Chicken breast

Course:

  1. Slice the lettuce into slivers of however size you prefer.
  2. Cut the chicken into small squares and place into medium size bowl.
  3. Mix in the rest of the ingredients. Toss to incorporate everything together.
  4. Store in a container and refrigerate leftovers, will last 2 to 4 days.
