Blue Cheese Burgers

Components:

  • three/four tsp kosher salt
  • 1 pound(s) ground sirloin
  • one/two pound ground Sirloin
  • one/4 cup dry bread Crumbs
  • one/2 cup steak sauce
  • one large egg
  • one/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • four ounces sliced blue cheese

Guidelines:

  1. In a bowl, add chuck, sirloin, bread crumbs, steak sauce, eggs, salt, and pepper, and mix carefully with fork.
  2. Make four patties out of this mixture.
  3. Cook the hamburger patties on both sides, then cover with aluminium foil.
  4. Add the sides of the bun, then grill until toasted.
  5. Place patties and a slice of blue cheese in every single bun.
  6. Serve hot.
