Ingredients:
- 1 medium cauliflower
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- one teaspoon chili sauce
- 1 teaspoon corn starch
- curry leaves
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon ginger, made into a paste
- three environmentally friendly chilies
- oil
- two onions, chopped
- one/2 cup plain flour
- one tablespoon soy sauce
- one teaspoon sugar
- one tablespoon tomato sauce
- one vegetable bouillon cube
Directions:
- Make a batter with pepper powder, crushed egg (or cornstarch), flour, vegetable inventory (or water) and salt.
- Dip cauliflower pieces in the batter and fry in oil till light-weight brown.
- Heat oil in a pan and insert chopped onions, ginger-garlic paste, inexperienced chillies, and curry leaves, and saute well.
- Insert vegetable inventory, soy sauce, chili sauce, and tomato sauce and stir effectively.
- Combine corn starch with water and incorporate to pan. Incorporate fried cauliflower parts and salt and cook dinner until dry. Stir in sugar.
