French Toast Croissants with Strawberries

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • one/two cup butter or margarine softened
  • four simple croissants split
  • two eggs marginally crushed
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon orange peel grated
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • fresh sliced strawberries

Guidelines:

  1. In smaller mixer bowl beat alongside one another all orange butter components at medium pace, scraping bowl often, till gentle and fluffy (one to two minutes) established aside.
  2. In pie pan stir jointly milk, eggs and 1 teaspoon orange peel.
  3. In 10 inch skillet or griddle soften two tablespoons butter above medium heat.
  4. Dip 4 croissant halves into egg combination, turning to coat both of those sides.
  5. Position croissant halves, lower side down, in skillet. Prepare dinner, turning as soon as, until finally golden brown (3 to 4 minutes on just about every facet). Take out to serving platter keep heat.
  6. Repeat with remaining 2 tablespoons butter and 4 croissant halves. Dust croissant halves with powdered sugar serve with orange butter.
