BAKED HASHBROWNS

4 POTATOES GRATED (WITH OR WITHOUT SKIN)

½ CUP MELTED BUTTER

1 CUP CHEDDAR CHEESE

¼ CUP CHIVES

2 EGGS

1 TBS GARLIC SALT

1 TSP OREGANO

½ TSPN PEPPER

PLACE POTATOES IN ICE WATER FOR A FEW MINUTES. THEN, TAKE THE GRATED POTATOES OUT, MAKING SURE TO SQUEEZE OUT THE EXCESS WATER, AND PLACE IN A LARGE BOWL.

 MIX IN ½ CUP MELTED BUTTER, CHEDDAR CHEESE, CHIVES, EGGS, GARLIC SALT, OREGANO, AND PEPPER.

SHAPE INTO HASH BROWNS AND PLACE ON A BAKING SHEET. 

BAKE FOR 30 TO 45 MINUTES AT 400 DEGREES F
