Substances:
- one cup of lentils
 - one cup of flour (wheat)
 - 1/2 cup of oats
 - one/two cup of brown rice (cooked)
 - 1 carrot
 - one eggplant
 - one little onion
 - three cloves of garlic
 - 1/2 cup of corn (optional)
 - two teaspoons salt (alter to your taste)
 - two teaspoons of oregano
 - 1 and a half teaspoons coriander
 - 1/2 teaspoon cumin
 - 1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg
 - 1/2 teaspoon of pepper (optional or adjust to your taste preference)
 - cornmeal for the “hamburger” patty
 
Guidelines:
- Roast Eggplant: Spot in a foil and bake for 20 minutes in a 375 degrees oven, or until it is tender.
 - Cook lentils in boiling h2o (15 to 25 minutes).
 - Cook brown rice.
 - Toss carrots, onions, garlic, cooked eggplant and rice in a processor.
 - After the lentils are cooked, allow to cool down before shaping into patties. Then, insert the processed veggies and rice in, smash alongside one another with your palms or with a potato masher. Take note: ensure not to smash all of the lentils.
 - Include corn (optional), oats, flour, and seasonings.
 - Make “burger” patties.
 - Cover in corn meal.
 - Fry in a tiny bit of oil until the outside is crunchy.
 - Put in a whole wheat bun and add your favorite toppings.
