Mini-Strawberry Cheesecakes

Substances:

  • 2 cups Flour
  • 1/two cup Powdered sugar
  • two/3 cup Butter
  • 16 ounces Product cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup Granulated sugar
  • two Eggs
  • 10 ounces Frozen strawberries, thawed and undrained
  • New strawberries, cleaned & sliced

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix flour and sugar.
  2. Reduce in butter right until combination resembles high-quality crumbs.
  3. Push firmly and evenly in bottom of ungreased rectangular pan, 13 x nine x 2 inches.
  4. Bake 15 minutes.
  5. Mix cream cheese in medium bowl right until smooth and fluffy.
  6. Beat in granulated sugar and eggs.
  7. Stir in strawberries (undrained).
  8. Unfold product cheese mixture around baked layer.
  9. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or just till middle is firm.
  10. Cover completely. Protect loosely and refrigerate about 4 hours or right up until organization.
  11. Divide into about two x 1 one/2 inch bars. Garnish with sliced strawberries, if (optional).
