Ingredients:
- 3 cups blended green leaves (any type of lettuce you prfer using & spinach would be just fine)
- 2 oranges peeled and cut into small pieces
- 1/3 cup cashew nuts, crushed or as is
- 1/2 tsp cumin or to taste
- salt & pepper
In a large bowl mix all ingredients with one another. Toss to incorporate everything together.
Store in a container and refrigerate leftovers, will last 2 to 4 days.
