Quinoa, Tomato, Inexperienced Onion Side Salad

Substances:

  • 1/2 cup minced inexperienced onions
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 2 Tbs. olive oil
  • 3/4 cup uncooked quinoa
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 medium size tomatoes
  • 1-1/2 cups water

Route: salad

In a large bowl mix all ingredients together. Toss to incorporate all the ingredients.

Serve.
