Rotini Cheeseburger
1 pound ground beef or turkey
half a cup chopped onion
half a teaspoon garlic salt
( 20 oz) tomato sauce
2 cups small rotini, uncooked
1 1/2 cup water
quarter cup tomato sauce half a cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 a cup shredded cheese of your liking
1. Heat large Skillet over medium Heat. add beef, onion and garlic salt; cook 7 to 10 minutes or until beef is no longer pink,. stirring occasionally. as soon as meat is brown and looks done, drain Liquid out.
2. Add half tomato sauce, pasta and water; stir to combine. bring to a boil. cover; reduce heat and cook 15 minutes or until pasta is tender.
3. Stir in the rest of the tomato sauce. type of cheese and lettuce tan under cheese melts. Serve.
